5th grade environmental and service trip

Well, I just returned from an ultraly successful overnight 5th grade field trip! Everything, other than underestimating bus driving times, went well and even that went well -enough as the students were great sports..(-; They showed their best when we visited the village near Sogokope, complemented the chefs along the way, were cooperative, giddy with excitement and took on new challenges... It was a fun time and I came back tired, but far less so than last year (-; The chaperones were superb and there were no medical emergencies whatsoever, except for two small scratches... what more can you ask for!!???! I've enjoyed a relaxing weekend to revive after 38 hours with kids...it's been great and I can't wait to see them tomorrow morning!
